Earned his Law degree in 1988 at the "Universidad Militar Nueva Granada" in Bogota, Colombia. He specialized in Criminal Science and Criminology at the "Universidad Externado de Colombia" in 1991. He worked for the Colombian government in the judicial system from 1985 to 1990 and in the Secretary of the Treasury from 1990 to 1996. He was the managing partner of his own firm from 1996 to 2000 and came the the United States as a Foreign Law Consultant in 2001. Jorge and his family reside in Symmes Township, Ohio. |
